AWPT has analyzed the changes made in the 2006 version of the ANSI standards A92.3 (Manually Propelled Elevating Work Platforms), A92.5 (Boom-Supported Elevating Work Platforms) and A92.6 (Self-Propelled Elevating Work Platforms).

This research was presented by AWPT membership director Tony Groat at the first SAF-T Conference held on July 20, 2007 in Long Beach, California. 

The similarities and differences between the old and new versions of the standards are summarized here for easy reference.
